Apple's iPhone Factory Foxconn 'On Probation' Dealing With The Issue Of 'Food Poisoning'
Apple has put his Indian iPhone factory on probation after complaining about the ill-treatment of the factory workers. During probation, the living and food standards will be probed.

The concerns of the health of the works are an important aspect to any company and hence Apple has taken significant action against the factory’s management.
The news of the concerns came when the workers of the factory started to protest against the management of living in the Dorm and the quality of food provided to the workers.
An Audit of Apple was found in the probe against the management of the factory and said the food and Dormitories that were used by workers have not met the requirements.
As per the local media reports it has been reported that around 250 women are affected by the problem of food poisoning and out of the 150 women are hospitalized.
For all the mashup that has been made in the factory about the health of the factory workers, Foxconn apologized for the carelessness and said that the team is investigating the situation.
The effect of the incident reached to international level and the Taiwanese Firm and said “We are very sorry for the issue our employees experienced and are taking immediate steps to enhance the facilities and service we provide”.
As per the information received, the factory has been closed since 18th December as the protest began.
The spokesperson of Apple said “Following recent concerns about food safety and accommodation conditions at Foxconn Sriperumbudur, we dispatched independent auditors.
Adding more he said, “We found that some of the dormitories accommodations and dining rooms being used by employees do not meet our requirements, and we are working with the suppliers to ensure a comprehensive set of corrective actions are rapidly implemented “.
The distance of the factory from Chennai city is about 40 Km and has 17000 employees.
The concern related to food poisoning and the living situation resulted in the focused subject for the Tamil Nadu government and it also issued a notice to the factory to take care of the employees.
